Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. All prices, specifications, and terms are subject to change without notice.

2. No Minimum Order.

3. Returns accepted on unopened items with return authorization only. 15% restocking fee. No refunds on shipping charges. No returns on machinery.

4. All machine orders except lease orders require 50% down payment with order and the balance is due prior to delivery.

5. All items are available for viewing at our website www.impressiontechnologyusa.com and can be purchased at the website or by calling 651-429-2319, toll free 1-888-365-9974 or by fax to 651-483-8968.

6. All orders are accepted with the understanding that we will supply goods identical to those described herein or consult you regarding changes prior to shipping.

7. Please have account information or credit card information ready when calling in an order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

8. All orders, except machine orders, will ship via UPS or FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested.  Local pickup available between 9:30am and 3:30pm.

9. All orders placed by 2:30pm will ship same day with exception of hazardous shipments which will ship next day. All hazardous shipments are Ground Only and will ship via FedEx.  $20.00 Service fee on all hazardous shipments. (This is a FedEx service charge.)

10. Minnesota Customers will pay sales tax unless we have resale information on file.
